Terms

Business Day Due Dates is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace standard end user agreement, the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement v1.0. The following Provider-Specific Terms apply in addition to it.

Provider-Specific Terms

1. Governing law and venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance.
2. Support Policy. Support is provided as described at https://umedrop.com/business-day-due-dates/support.
3. Security Measures. The Product runs entirely on Atlassian Forge hosted compute and storage, does not send Customer Data outside Atlassian, and stores only the app configuration described in the Documentation.
4. Holiday calendars. Public holidays are calculated from published rules and checked monthly against official sources. When an official calendar changes, Provider will release an update within 30 days after becoming aware of the change. Customer can override any date with company holidays or working days in the app settings.
5. Data Protection Addendum. The Product does not process personal data, so no DPA applies.
